The Fatherhood of God to us 1

In this series we will ponder on very important issues that concern Christians who want to benefit from the divine healing of our Lord Jesus Christ, healing from the painful memories of the past and present. In each article we will study an emotional or spiritual a problem. Through the Bible and with the help of the Holy Spirit we will discover the problems that we face through circumstances, other people or because of Satan himself, and that God was never unable to solve them, in the past, present or the future, big and difficult. The purpose of this series is to know that God has prepared a better life for us and to know that Satan is a thief (The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly) {Joh10:10} these are the words of our Lord Jesus Christ. What ever was stolen by Satan has to come back to Jesus who redeemed you with His blood to have a better life. This is the purpose of our Lord in our life. He did not create us to torment us; Satan wants us to doubt the love of God for us. God created everyone to enjoy His fatherhood to us.

Sadly you hear this lie many nationalities [that God created humans to torment them]. Through my counseling in Egypt and in Australia and America in particular, for they are migrating countries, everyone thinks that this problem is unique for their country and culture. Satan is a liar and father of lies everywhere no matter where you live on this earth, rich or poor.

I strongly advice you before starting to read this series to pray to the Heavenly Father in Jesus Name for the Holy Spirit to guide you to what Satan has stolen from you, for he is a thief.

Satan envies you because when he sinned he was thrown out of heaven but when Adam sinned the Son of God came to save us. Our Lord Jesus Christ invites you to come back to Him.

(So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.){Rev 12:9}From this verse we understand that Satan deceives the whole world. Satan is not only a thief but a deceiver too. He probably has stolen your peace, your faith, your joy, your health, your money or deceived you in the most important thing in your life and that is your relationship with your Heavenly Father. He wants to deceive you and convince you that the Heavenly Father is not your father and you are not a son to Him.

The relationship between the fathers and their sons and daughters are one of the most important relationships in anyone’s life.  This relationship is the foundation of anyone’s personality. If this relationship is strong, where the children feel loved and accepted the person will grow to be secure with no feeling of rejection or inferiority, etc… The opposite will be true, if children feel they are not welcomed in this world they will suffer from rejection and inferiority, and so on Satan know this truth that is why this is his first plan, to make everyone doubt the fatherhood of God to us.

Our Childhood to God

If you are the son of God... (And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.") {Mt 4:2,3} we see from these verses that the first temptation Satan used to tempt Jesus was ; if you are the son of God. Satan still uses the same scheme to sow destructive thought in the hearts of God’s children. Satan will come to God’s children in the midst of trails and storms of life and ask them; “are you the child of God?” if they were God’s children! He will cause you to doubt the love of God. One of Satan’s scheme is to separate you from the source of life, our Lord and savior, so you will die spiritually and emotionally and in the end your body will be weak and sick (The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, But who can bear a broken spirit?) {Pr 18:14} and also {Pr15:13} The Word of God is our reference in all life matters. Some claims that the Bible did not write about everything concerning our lives. This is a lie. God never left us without guidance. Satan wants to rob us from the most important thing in creation and that is our childhood to the creator of the universe, our Heavenly Father. This Father loved you that He gave His only Son to be crucified to save you.

You are the son of this Heavenly Father (But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name) {Joh 1:12} this verse indicate that as many received Him and does not say some of who received Him! And you are one of those who received Him no matter who you are rich or poor; man or woman. If you received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, God has given you the right to become the child of God with all the privileges of a child of a very rich Father. You have a place before the throne of God in Christ Jesus if you have received Him as a Savior and Lord.

He is perfect in His wisdom, mercy, might, power and He is also perfect in His love to you. Your Heavenly Father is the creator of this whole universe and every thing is in His Hand. He is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings. The children of royalty have certain privileges; they have their own guards which protect them at all times and everywhere from any harm. You also have the same privilege (The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them) {Ps34: 7} the word “encamps” means in the Hebrew language: to abide in tents, camp, dwell, encamp, to lie down. The protection of our Lord Jesus Christ to us is very comforting. If you are the child of God and went back with your memories, you will remember how many times He Has protected you and kept you safe under His wings from many tribulations over the years. And how many times the Lord protected us from many tribulation and we were not aware of them for He has loved us with an everlasting love; with His loving-kindness He has drawn you.{Jer31:3}God is a loving God and  living becomes easier if we follow Him. He will be with us in all life matters, hard and difficult, all is required from us is to have a relationship with Him, with our Savior. You have to give the Lord Jesus His due rights every day and that is to read the Bible daily and obey it in a spirit of prayer.

Pray with me: if you know that you are a child of God, thank Him that you are His. If you doubt that you are a child of God, pray that our good God give you faith and assurance that you are His child and a very beloved one too.( Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life.) {Isa 43:4}
